How to avoid second harmonic interference?

Generally speaking, the frequency of a powerful transmitter interferes with the TV receiving portion at the frequency of X2 X4 X8 X16. Even with a good filter, there will be some interference. For example, the customer needs to use 103.1MHz. When the transmitter is running, the frequency range of the nearby TV set is 206.2, 309.3 or x4, x8, x16.

Since this is a world problem, we can only try our best to help customers avoid such problems.

1. Deal with frequency:
If the customer does not apply for a license, there is no fixed frequency. I can help him find the local wireless TV system and find the frequency bands they need.
Since the bandwidth of the TV transmitter is 8, the frequency of the TV transmission we find is the center frequency, and frequencies in the range of plus or minus 4 may be used. Therefore, avoid the frequency of the corresponding frequency band to select the frequency to be used by the FM transmitter.

For example, the customer's local standard frequency band is 204MHz, so customers may use 200MHz, 204MHz, 208MHz these frequencies, so we recommend that customers try not to use 100MHz, 102MHz and 104MHz. Otherwise it will interfere with some of the above frequencies to receive The user of the wireless TV station.

2. Do it from the aspect of antenna erection

Two antennas with second harmonic interference (FM transmitter antenna and TV receiver antenna) are best not to be too close, with obstructions in between. Otherwise no matter how good the filter can't solve.
